It is with great sadness that the family of the late Debra Catherine Payne announce her passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on December 21, 2025 at the age of 71 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, her husband: Calvin; her son: Brian; grandchildren: Calvin Jr., and Deanna; sister: Joann (Craig); sister-in-law: Jane Kearney; sister-in-law: Deanna Payne; and her beloved dog: Sally Anne;

Debra was predeceased by her parents: Joseph and Marion Tobin; and her brothers: Ward, and James.

In following her wishes, cremation has taken place. There will no formal visitation or funeral service at this time. A celebration of life will take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Debra's memory to your local S.P.C.A.
