It is with heavy hearts that the family of the late Winston Hunter Gosse announce his passing at Western Long Term Care on Friday, February 11 ^th , 2022 at the age of 83 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 64 years Minnette. Daughters; Fronie (Fred) Williams (Fort McMurrary AB), Bev Cribb, Camrose AB, Michele (Earl) Lawlor (Paradise NL), Kim (Todd) Macdonald (Frenchman's Cove NL), Dena Gosse (Corner Brook NL). Son; Dean Gosse (Corner Brook NL). Grandchildren; Justin (Theresa), Crystal (Dan), Cassandra, Tiffany (Matthew), Natasha (Mason), Todd, Steven, Kris (Sandi), Sheldon (Brittany), Vicki (Art), Adam and Aiden as well as 13 Great-grandchildren. Brother; Don (Kay) Gosse. Sister; Marci (Pat) Wall. Sister-in-law Doris Gosse. Many brother and sisters-in-law of the Maynard family and numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. Winston was predeceased by his son Winston Roy (1962). Parents Valentine and Fronie Gosse. Brothers Jack (Nancy), William, Sidney (May). Sister Audrey (Max) Brown. Son-in-law Garry Cribb and Parents-in-law Andrew and Harriet Maynard. Visitation will be held at Country Haven Funeral Home 167 Country Road on Monday February 14 ^th , 2022 with immediate family and close friends only at 1:00 pm from where the funeral service will take place at 2:00 pm with Rev. Tanya White officiating. Cremation to follow and interment to take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy there are no flowers by request. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society in his Memory.
