It is with great sadness that the family of the late Winston Franklin Gill announce his passing on Tuesday, September 24th, 2024 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 78 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his wife of 51 years: Madonna; children: Christopher (Katherine), and Amanda (John); grandchildren: Madison, and Arianna; sisters: Phyllis, and Linda; and his brother: Steve; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Winston is predeceased by his parents: Stanley Thomas Gill and Emeline Russell; his brother: Ed; and sister: Marie Jones (Gill).

There will be a visitation taking place on Thursday, September 26th, 2024 at Country Haven Funeral Home from the hours and 7-9 PM, from where the funeral service will take place at 2 PM on Friday, September 27th, 2024 in the Country Haven Chapel with Major Brian Wheeler officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Winston's memory to the Salvation Army Temple, O'Connell Drive.
