It is with great sadness that the family of the late William Lloyd Rose announce his passing on Tuesday, March 28 ^th , 2023 at his private residence in Cox's Cove, NL at the age of 72 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his loving companion: Jean Murrin; his children: Inez Klassen (Abe), Shawn Wells (Shaheena), Lloyd Rose Jr. (Jessica), Charlie Rose (Hannah), and Krystal Stiller (Shawn); grandchildren: Anthony Coles, Cameron Coles, Sophie Wheeler, Sarah Stiller, Katie Stiller, and Austin Drover; great-grandchildren: Josiah Drover, and Logan Wells; his siblings: Charlie Rose (Wendy), Beulah Payne, Irene O'Brien (Wes), Molly Payne (Roy), Linda Tucker (Courtney), Josephine Rose, Velma Schmidt (Roy), Wanda Rose (Mark), Paulette Cole (Mike), and Sherry Mullins (Silas); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many, many friends.

Lloyd is predeceased by his parents: Mollie (nee. Collins) and William "Bill" Rose; son: Perry Rose; brothers: Melvin Rose, and Paul Rose; and his grandson: Justin Wells.

At Lloyd's request, cremation has taken place. There will be no formal visitation or funeral service at this time. Interment to take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, no flowers by request, instead a donation can be made to the Cox's Cove Volunteer Fire Department in Lloyd's memory.
