It is with great sadness that the family of the late William Woods Lee announce his passing on Wednesday, April 24th, 2024 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, in his 86th year, with his loving family by his side. Born in Grand Bank, NL, Bill was the son of the late Elias and Susan Lee. Bill is predeceased by his brother: Jake (Julia); sister: Carrie; sons-in-law: Paul, and Jeff; mother-in-law: Martha; and brother-in-law: Gerry.

He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his wife: Jean; his children: Wanda, Wilma, Karen (Scott), Bill (Tammy), Rick (Linda), and Leeann; step-children: Sueanne (Brian), Donna, and Michelle (Don); sister: Margaret; grandchildren: Shane, Lisa, Sarah, Kevin, Janine, Brittanie, Tyler, Jakob, Haley, Jody, Melanie, Steven, Bradley, and Luke; great-grandchildren: William, Maddie, Jasper, Summer, Emily, Scarlett, Paul, Julia, Jaxon, Harper, Ella, and Avery; and his special cousin: Alex Kettle, who was near and dear to Bill; and also a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

There will be a visitation taking place at Country Haven Funeral Home on Sunday, April 28th, 2024 from the hours of 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM, from where the funeral service will take place at 11 AM on Monday, April 29th, 2024 in the Country Haven Chapel with Major Brian Wheeler officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery.
