It is with heavy hearts that the family of late William "Bill" Curtis announce his sudden passing at his private residence in Benoit's Cove, on Sunday, November 9th, 2025 at the age of 67 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his devoted wife of 45 years: Elizabeth "Liz" Curtis (nee. Pittman); his sons: Patrick (Tarah), and Billy; his three grandchildren: Sara (Alex), Zachary, and Rylee; sisters: Mildred "Mill," Maxine (Fred), Patsy (Rob), Marg (Paul), and Jackie; brothers: Peter (Audrey), Glenn (Donna), Ralph (Cora), and Dennis (Tracey); sisters-in-law: Sanda, Cathy, and Trish; and brothers-in-law: Brian (Shirley), Hubert (Tina), Gary (Bil), and Rod (Irish); his furry friend: Luke; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many, many friends.

Bill was predeceased by his parents: Patrick and Nora Curtis; parents-in-law: Lewis and Elizabeth Pittman; brothers-in-law: Bern Noseworthy, Larry Colford, Doug Pittman, Walter Pittman, Gerald Pittman, and Kevin Ferguson.

In following Bill's wishes, there will be no formal visitation or funeral service at this time. As expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Bill's memory to a charity of one's choice.

The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to the South Shore Fire Department for their quick response and support shown during such a difficult time.
