It is with great sadness that the family of the late Velma Pearl Antle announce her passing on Saturday, April 9th, 2022 at Western Long Term, Palliative Care Unit, Corner Brook, NL, at the age of 79 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, her daughters: Claudine (Brian White) of Meadows, Lisa (Pat Callahan) of Corner Brook; sons: Tony Antle (Joanne) of Gillams, Gilbert Antle of Irishtown, Dan Antle of British Colombia, Darrin Antle (Tammy) of Meadows, and Jody Antle of Gillams; speicial friend (nanny), Stephanie Mishaud; 18 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Velma was predeceased by her parents, Stanley and Gertrude Gillam; son: George Gillam; sister: Valda Kelly; brothers: Donald Gillam and Nelson Gillam; nephews: Cory Gillam and Perry Rose.

The family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to Lane's Retirement Home, and to the doctors and nurses of Western Long Term, Palliative Care Unit for their care and compassion during Pearl's stay.
