It is with great sadness that the family of the late Una Mae Lovell announce her passing on Thursday, August 31st, 2023 at the Corner Brook Long Term care, at the age of 81 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Sheila (Harold), Cynthia, Remona (Kevin), John (Jane), and Larry (Peggy); grandchildren: Hughie, Colleen, Travis, Sheena, Courtney, Brooke, Mitch and Michael; great-grandchildren: Peyton, Declan, Emma, Jake, Lucas, Leah, Abigail, Harper, Bryer, Dominic, Jack, Landon and Mason; sisters; Jean Combdon, Avril and Anitta; and  her brothers: Ernest (Claudine), Roland (Gloria), Jordy (Maureen) and Brian (Marie); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Una is predeceased by her husband: Nelson Lovell (2004); daughter; Delores (2020); sister: Isabelle (David) Hunt; brother: Clayton; and brother-in-law; Gary.

The family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to Lanes Retirement Home, and 4 South of the Corner Brook Long Term Care for their compassion and care shown to our dear mother during her stays.

There will be a vistation held on Sunday, September 3rd, 2023 at the Epiphany Anglian Church in McIvers, NL from the hours of 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM, and again Monday, September 4th, 2023 from the hours of 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will take place at 2 PM on Tuesday, September 5th, 2023 at the Ephiphany Anglican Church with Reverent Terry Loder officiating. Interment to follow at the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted, or a donation can be made in Una's memory to a charity of ones choice.
