It is with great sadness the family of the late Sarah Rioux announce her passing on September 3rd 2025 at the age of 88. Sarah leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her sons; Peter and Paul. Her sister; Mary Ann Mullett. A large number of nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends. Also, several close friends; Delphina, Sharon, Imelda, Lorraine and Lillian.

Sarah is pre-deceased by her husband; Leonard Rioux. Her parents; Walter and Lillian Tulk. Her step-father; William Hoddinott. Her sister; Louise Sturge (Glynn Guy). Her brother-in-law; Whitfield Mullett.

Sarah enjoyed an early retirement by spending time doing the things she enjoyed and loved, knitting, quilting, and other crafts as well as various types of puzzles.

There will be a visitation held at Country Haven Funeral Home on Tuesday September 9th 2025 from the hours of 2-4PM and 7-9PM. The funeral service will be held at Westside Tabernacle on Elizabeth Street, Corner Brook on Wednesday September 10th 2025 @ 2PM with Pastor Jeremy Simms officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. Flowers are graciously accepted or a donation in her memory can be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation.
