It is with great sadness that the family of the late Roy Herbert Young announce his passing on November 13 ^th , 2022 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in his 79 ^th year. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife of 36 years, Jane Young; his children: Lisa, Lana (Roland), Raina, Roy (Melanie), Michael (Wendy), and Graham (Amanda); grandchildren: Susan, Vickie, Steven and their families, as well as Devon, Liam, Dylan, Ryan, Megan, and Zachary; his brother: Eric (Peggy), and sister: Debbie (Keith); and a large circle of other relatives and many friends.

Roy is predeceased by his parents, Herb and Molly Young; and his brother: Brian.

Cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, November 16 ^th , 2022 at Country Haven Funeral Home at 1:00 PM from where the funeral service will take place at 2:00 PM with Rev. Mickton officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, no flowers by request. A donation can be made to the Canadian Lung Association ( https://www.lung.ca/ ) in Roy's memory.
