It is with heavy hearts the family of Roy Sidney Hoskins, 73 years, announce his sudden passing January 26th, 2022. Left with fond and loving memories are his wife of 53 years, Bernetta, son Scott Hoskins (Sherry), daughters Kimberly Hoskins White, Stacey Thiessen (Ron), and Dayna Hoskins. Grandchildren: Glenn Hoskins, Damien Hoskins, Alexis Thiessen, Jessie Thiessen, Riley White, Xander Murphy, Craig Breen, and Emily Breen; Mother-in-law, Olive Matthews. Siblings: Elaine Simmons (Wally), Pauline Crossley, Kathy Norman (Glen), and Eric Hoskins (Lynn).

Roy is predeceased by his parents Samuel and Gladys Hoskins, father-in-law John Matthews, brother John Hoskins, and brother-in-law Maxwell Crossley.

Roy freely expressed a deep love for his family and eagerly welcomed his friends into his heart and home. His happiest times were spent around the campfire, sharing stories, and songs with his friends and family. Roy enjoyed fishing, boating, archery, and spending time at the lake.

Also, left with warm memories and sad hearts are his camping buddies.

As per Roy's wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no formal visitation or funeral service scheduled at this time.
