It is with great sadness that the family of the late Robert Edgar William Martin announce his passing on Tuesday, August 23rd, 2022, in Corner Brook, NL.

Leaving to mourn with loving memories, his beloved partner of 21 years: Lucille Payne; Step daughters: Kayla Foster and Tracey Wight (Scott); Grand Daughters: Toni Foster and Tai-Jauna Wight (Dustin) and his great grandson: little man Jack. He is fondly remembered by his brother Ron (Ann), sisters; Bee and Flo, along with their families. He will be missed greatly by his many nieces, nephews, relatives and special friends.

Rob is predeceased by his parents Edgar & Eloise Martin; his brother Ross, and sister-in-law Margot Martin.

Rob was a very special man to many people. He loved the outdoors, hunting and all animals, but most importantly his German Sheppard, Jake. One of his favorite past times that he loved to share with his great grandson was bird watching. His humorous personality and contagious laugh will be greatly missed by all.

As per Rob's request, cremation has taken place. A visitation will take place on Thursday, August 25 ^th , 2022 at Country Haven Funeral Home from the hours of 7-9 PM. There will be no funeral service at this time. Flowers are graciously accepted, or a donation can be made in Robert's name to the Bay of Islands S.P.C.A, or a charity of one's choice.
