It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our husband, dad, pop, brother, uncle, cousin and friend, Robert (Bruce) Colbourne on Tuesday, February 8 ^th , 2022 at the age of 69 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his wife Stella (nee Dennis) of 46 years; son Dennis (Valetta) and daughter Peggy. His very special grandchildren, Juliette and Isaac Colbourne; Siblings: Barry (Marie) Colbourne, Gene (Sylvia) Colbourne, Mike (Linda Janes) Colbourne, Cathy Colbourne, and Mark (Monica) Colbourne; brother-in-law, John (Linda) Dennis; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Bruce was predeceased by his parents Reginald and Neta Colbourne. As per Bruce's wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family service, by invitation only, will take place on Friday, February 16 ^th , 2022 at Country Haven funeral home chapel with Rev. Kay Short officiating. Vax Pass will be taken at the door. Interment to take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations can be made to the Western Memorial Regional Hospital Foundation or the Dr. H Bliss Murphy cancer center.
