It is with great sadness the family of the late Ricky Neil Lovell announce his passing on April16,2025 at the Palliative Care Unit of the Western Longterm Care, Corner Brook, NL. at the age of 65 years. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his spouse of 42 years Debbie MacDonald. His children; Gavin, Renee, Rick (Sheena), and Robyn (Adam). His grandchildren; Caleb, Tyler, Teegan, James, Jeanine, Aiden, Brayden, and Emma. His brothers and sisters; Glendon (Marlain), Cavell (Buck), Delphine (Rick), Yvette (Brian), Dempsy (Michelle), Alvin (Karen), Dennis (Barb), Debbie (Darren), Norma (Bernard) and Cora-Lee (Jamie). He also leaves to mourn many brothers and sisters in law, nieces and nephews, other family members and many friends.

He is predeceased by his parents; Maurice and Florence Lovell and his mother-in-law; Emma Mae Tucker.

The family would like to send special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of the Western Longterm Care, Palliative Care Unit for the outstanding care Ricky received during his time there.

At his request, cremation has taken place. No flowers by request, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Ricky's memory to the Cuddle Bed Project.
