It is with profound sadness that the family of Rachel Dennis announce her peaceful passing on July 18th at the age of 81 years.

Rachel is predeceased by her parents Chesley and Elizabeth Hunt; sisters Mary Hunt, Alice Bellows and Irene Ellsmere; and brothers Lesley Hunt, Sidney Hunt and Russell Hunt.

Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are her husband Lloyd; son Paul (Debbie); daughter Maryann (Don); grandchildren Bailey, Mitchell and Jason; great-grandchildren Logan and Layla; and siblings Alvina, Chesley and Gerald.

The family would like to give their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Campbell and the staff of the Lionel Kelland Hospice, who were very kind and attentive during her final days.

Visitation will take place at Country Haven Funeral Home on Wednesday July 24, 2024 from 7:00-9:00 pm. The funeral service will take place at Country Haven Funeral Home on Thursday July 25, 2024 at 2:00 pm. with Rev. Effie Organ officiating. Interment will follow at St. Ambrose Anglican Cemetery in John's Beach.
