It is with great sadness that the family of the late Noreen Cecilia Edmonds, or as most knew her - Polly Jesso - announce her passing on Monday, July 1st, 2024 at her home in Ontario, at the age of 70 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, her children: Darlene (Shivan), and Alan; her grandchildren: Stephen, Sarah, Emma, and Shivana; mother: Sarah "Sadie" Jesso; sister: Mona Bennett; brothers: Ray Jesso (Maureen), and Anthony Jesso (Kim); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many, many friends.

Polly is predeceased by her father: Albert Jesso; and her brother-in-law: Charles Bennett.

At Polly's request, cremation has taken place. There will be a visitation held on Sunday, July 7th, 2024 at Country Haven Funeral Home from the hours of 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM, from where the funeral service will take place at 10 AM on Monday, July 8th, 2024 in the Country Haven Chapel with Father Alphonsus officiating. Interment to follow at the Old Roman Catholic Cemetery in Benoit's Cove. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Polly's memory to a charity of one's choice.
