It is with great sadness that the family of the late Patricia Anne O'Brien (Buckingham) announce her passing at the Corner Brook Palliative Care Unit on April 24 ^th , 2022 in her 81 ^st year. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are her husband, Thomas, of 60 years; her sons: Frank, Kevin Jerry (Kelli), Mark (Connie); daughter: Pamela (Bernard); sisters: Elizabeth and Gail (Albert); six grandchildren: Sarah Cate, Melissa, Susan, Kayla, Carlie, and Philip; sisters-in-law: Elizabeth Howard and Joan Mackinnon; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives.

As per Pat's wishes, cremation has taken place. A private visitation for family and friends will take place at Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, April 30th, 2022 at 10:00 AM, from where a funeral service will take place at 11:00 AM, with Father Jim Robertson officiating. Interment to take place at a later date. The family is requesting that face masks be worn for both visitation and funeral.

The family would like to extend their thanks to the Doctors and Nurses at the Corner Brook Palliative Care Unit for their compassion during Pat's time of need.

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
