It is with great sadness that the family of the late Myrtle Eileen Pardy announce her passing on March 3 ^rd , 2023 at the Corner Brook Long Term Care in her 89 ^th year. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, her children: Dianne Legge, David Pardy (Janet), Ron Hefferan (Kelli), and Pauline Lewis (Darren); grandchildren: Adam Pardy (Macilla), Gregory Pardy (Janelle), Samantha Pardy (Justin), Amanda Normandeau (Dave), Jennifer Thomas (Travis), and Lorne Crocker; great-grandchildren: Laura Normandeau, Kyla & Lana Thomas, Jacey Wight, Mason Pardy, Aurora Gillis, and Emma Pardy; her brother and sister: Bernard Mills (Eva), and Ada Churchill; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Myrtle is predeceased by her husband: Ambrose Pardy (2021); her parents: Max and Levinia Mills; brother: Cyril (Mary); sister: Ida (Max); grandson: Michael Legge; nephew: Mont Mills; brothers and sisters-in-law: Ralph Pardy (Jane), Wallace Pardy (Lillian), Clarence Pardy, Joseph Pardy (Sarah), Angus Pardy (Myra), Arthur Pardy (Annie), Stephen Mullett, and Harvey Churchill; and her son-in-law: Gary Legge.

There will be a visitation held on Sunday, March 5 ^th , 2023 at Country Haven Funeral Home from the hours of 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM, from where the funeral service will take place on Monday, March 6 ^th , 2023 at 10:30 AM in the Country Haven Chapel with Rev. George Critchell officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted, or a donation can be made in Myrtle's memory to the Canadian Diabetes Association ( https://www.diabetes.ca/ ).
