Our hearts are saddened as we, the family, announce the passing of Marlene Roselyn Park in her home on Sunday, January 8 ^th , 2023 at the age of 57. She leaves to mourn with loving memories, her common-law partner: Mark Hussey; daughter: Tori Pittman (Kaylea Bowden); son: Scott Pittman; stepdaughter: Joanne Budden (Tony); two precious granddaughters: Evie, and Ellie; brothers: Fred Park (Glynis), Irvine Park (Geraldine), and Wade Park (Bernice); special nephew/brother: Jeff Park (Sara); mother-in-law: Dinah Hussey; sisters-in-law: Emma Murrin (Gerald), Dallas Payne, Lynn Park (Garry), Dorothy Ashby (Keith), Sharon Park, Karen Hussey (Terry Matthews), and Sharon Park; brothers-in-law: Ralph Byrne, Dale Robinson (Nora), and Bob Joyce (Alma); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, many friends, and card/bingo buddies.

Marlene is predeceased by her parents: Lindsay and Myrtle Park; father-in-law: Douglas Hussey; siblings: Mae Terry, Vinnie Byrne, Velma Park, Mary Park, Delores Park, Wilbert Park, Paul Park, Glenn Park, Stanley Park, and Eugene Park; and brothers and sisters-in-law: Douglas Jr. Hussey, Tracey Hussey, Gerard Terry, and Alpheus Payne; and her best friend, Diane Broderick.

As per Marlene's wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be a visitation held on Thursday, January 12 ^th , 2023 at Country Haven Funeral Home from the hours of 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will take place on Friday, January 13 ^th , 2023 at 10:30 AM in the Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Terry Loder officiating. Interment to take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted, or a donation can be made in Marlene's memory to the Canadian Lung Association.

Following the service there will be a reception at the Echo Club on West Street, Corner Brook. All are welcome.
