It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mark Richard Joyce announce his passing at the Western Long-Term Palliative Care Unit on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at the age of 86 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his partner: Mazie Neal; daughter: Margaret McIntyre; son: Mark Joyce Jr.; daughter: Michelle Joyce; sister: Rhonda Prosper; brothers: Lorne Joyce, Ross Joyce, Wade Joyce, and Warren Joyce; step-daughter: Tammy Neal; grandchildren: Nathaniel Gear, Haley Hovater, Hannah Joyce, Brooke Joyce, Joshua McIntyre, Jacob McIntyre; and great-great grandchildren: Logan Hovater, Delilah Gear, Benjamin Gear, Eva Gear, Alex McIntyre, and Emily McIntyre; and his step-grandchildren: Brandon Neal, Bradley Neal, and Brady Neal; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and many friends.

There will be a visitation taking place for family and friends on Saturday, March 14th, 2026 at Country Haven Funeral Home from the hours of 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM, from where the funeral service will take place at 3 PM on Sunday, March 15, 2026 at the St. John the Evangelist Anglican Cathedral. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery.
