It is with great sadness that the family of the late Margaret Elder announce her passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Wednesday, June 2 ^nd , 2021 at the age of 91. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories of her 2 daughters Marie Hatcher (Gerard) and Elizabeth Elder (Brad). Her precious grandchildren Catharine, Ben, Stephen and Beth. Sisters Lillian Martin and Judy Sparkes (Stan) and brothers Charlie Martin (Ivy), Wilfred Martin (Eileen) and Ross Martin (Donna), brother-in-law Victor Wiseman, also a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her beloved husband David Elder. Parents Benjamin and Maggie Martin. Sisters Ruby (Harvey), Pearl, Ivy and baby sister Ivy. Little brother Wilfred and nephew Wade. Cremation has taken place. There will be a private family gathering and funeral service at Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, June 5 ^th , 2021 with Rev. John Van Vliet officiating with interment to take place at Hickman's harbour at a later date.  As expressions of sympathy, there are no flowers by request, memorial donations can be made to the heart and stroke foundation.
