It is with great sadness that the family of the late Maisie Margaret Bennett (nee. Jesso) announce her passing at the Corner Brook Long Term Care on Saturday, October 28th, 2023 at the age of 87 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, her husband: Gordon; siblings: Larry (Gloria), Russell (Wanda), Verdon (Marilyn), Mabel, Viola, Sheila (Fred), and Linda; and brothers-in-law: Larry, and Howard; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Maisie is predeceased by her parents: Stanley and Hazel Jesso; siblings: Leslie, Boyd, Joyce, Greta, and infant sister Isabelle; and brother-in-law: Earl.

There will be visitation held on Monday, October 30th, 2023 at Country Haven Funeral Home from the hours of 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM from where the funeral service will take place on Tuesday, October 31st, 2023 at 2 PM in the Country Haven Chapel with Linda Anderson officiating. Interment to follow at the Nondenominational Cemetery, Batstone's Road, Corner Brook. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted, or a donation can be me made in Maisie's memory to a charity of one's choice.
