It is with great sadness that the family of the late Madge Hazel Chaulk announce her passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on April 29th, 2022, at the age of 88 years. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are her husband, Gordon, of 69 years; daughter, Barbara; son, Bruce; grandchildren: Nicolle, Amy, Dawn, Brendan, and Alexander; great-grandchildren: Ellis, Hattie, and Connor; sisters: Joyce, Josephine, Phyllis, Ruth, and Leona; as well as a many nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and friends. Madge is predeceased by her parents, Alex and Selina; daughter, Della; and brothers: Ford, Bill, Bob, and Byron. There will be a private visitation held at Country Haven Funeral Home on Monday, May 2nd, 2022 at 11:00 AM, from where a private service will be held in the Country Haven Chapel at 2:00 PM with Major's Brian and Valerie Wheeler officiating. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Madge's memory to the local food bank or NL West SPCA.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the doctors and nurses of the 3rd floor at Western Memorial, as well as Lanes Retirement Center for their extraordinary care during Madge's time of need. Your compassion will never be forgotten.
