It is with great sadness that the family of the late Luka Doris Cox announce her passing at the Health Science Center in St. Johns on March 3, 2025 at the age of 36 years.

Luka is mourned by her only daughter: Brooklyn; brother: Derek (Alora); nephews: Braylon, and Colton; niece: Arianna; her partner: Travis; Brooklyn's father: Mark; aunts: Ramona (Lewis), Barbara, and Katie (Sheldon); and her uncles: Derek (Jackie), Vincent, Luke (Lori), and Cole; as well as a very large circle of close cousins, and an entire community of close friends near, and far. She will be dearly missed.

Luka can be particularly remembered by her infectious and unique laugh that everyone knew. She was very strong-willed and can be remembered by her fiery personality and independent nature. She had a great love for the outdoors, but especially Penguin Arm. She absolutely adored spending time at the family cabin, and on every beach she discovered.

Luka is predeceased by her mother: Trudy; grandfather: Luke; grandmother: Doris; special 1st cousin: Cameron; and her uncle Clement.

Cremation has taken place. There will be a visitation taking place at Country Haven Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from the hours of 1-3 PM. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted, or a donation can be made in Luka's memory to a chairty of one's choice.
