It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lawrence "Larry" Colford announce his passing on Monday, March 3rd, 2025 at the Western Long-Term-Palliative Care Unit at the age of 72 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his beloved wife: Mildred Colford (nee. Curtis); daughters: Paula Seeley (Jim Seeley-deceased), and Nicole Roukema (Miles); grandchildren: Christopher, Jeffrey, Jonathan, Alysha, and Steven; great-grandchildren: Vanessa, and Jack; his siblings: Marjorie Stone (Rod), Patrick Colford (Sherry), Karen Hunt (Peter), the late Gladys Keough (Mike), and the late Tom Colford (Karen) ; siblings-in-law: Peter Curtis (Audrey), Maxine Blacker (Fred), Marg Pike (Paul), Bill Curtis (Liz), Patsy Curtis (Rob), Ralph Curtis (Cora), Jackie Noseworthy (Bern-deceased), Glenn Curtis (Donna), and Dennis Curtis (Tracy); and his good friend, who was more like a son: Darryl Jesso; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends he's met throughout the years.

Larry is predeceased by his parents: Patrick and Olive Colford; and parents-in-law: Patrick and Nora Curtis.

Cremation has taken place. There will be a visitation taking place on Thursday, March 6th, 2025 at Country Haven Funeral Home from the hours of 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM, from where the funeral service will take place at 10:30 AM on Friday, March 7th, 2025 in the Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel with Father Lee Lainey officiating. Interment to take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted, or a donation can be made in Larry's memory to a charity of one's choice.
