It is with great sadness that the family of the late Kenneth Cecil Small announce his passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at the age of 66 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his children: Kerry (Tonya), Sherri-lynn and Chaney; grandchildren: Marcus and Mateo Small; sisters: Jean (Doug), Lorraine (Garland) and Sue (Steve); brothers: John (Bertha), Rod (Kathleen) and Walter (Barb); companion Bernice Nichols; furry little friend "Boots"; as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Bridget Small (nee Pearce) and parents Walter and Florence Small. Friends may visit St. Nicholas' Anglican Church in Cox's Cove on Wednesday 7-9 p.m. and Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., from where the funeral service will take place on Friday, January 6, 2017 at 2:00 p.m., with Rev. Charlene Laing officiating. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
