It is with great sadness that we the family of the late Kathleen Prosper announce her passing at the Western Health Long Term Palliative Care Unit on Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at the age of 90 years.  Kathleen leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her daughter: Marie (Dave) Moyles, Vera (Terry) Hillyard, Edward (Debbie) Young,  her grandchildren: Robbie (Lisa) Giles, Darren Ellsworth, Rosemarie Young, Rhonda (Darren), Ronald, Dion, Lindsay (Nathan), Dianna (Terry), Alicia, Sandra;  her great-grandchildren, Avery, Aaron, Kaylee, Ryan, Amber, Emma, Connor, Bella; her siblings:  Margaret Young, Patrick Curnew,  Joseph Curnew, Robert Curnew, Brendon Curnew, Lawrence Curnew, close friend Diane White and a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Kathleen was predeceased by her husband Ronald Roy Young and was remarried to Henry Prosper and her parents: Arthur Karneau and Annie Mary Bourgeois, her children: Eileen, Lloyd; siblings: Ralph Curnew, Cecilia Curnew-LaCosta, Frank Curnew, Reggie Curnew.  At Kathleen's request, cremation has taken place and private family viewing and service will be held from Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, November 27, 2020, with Rev. Jocelyn Cook officiating.  The interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery.  As expressions of sympathy, flowers are accepted or memorial donations in memory of Kathleen can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
