It is with great sadness that the family of the late John H. "Jack" Clarke announce his passing on December 4 ^th , 2022 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in his 78 ^th year. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife of 27 years: Maude Clarke; daughter: Jodie Francis (Dan); granddaughters: Michelle Francis, and Miranda McCarthy; great-grandchildren: Riley, Ella, and Amara; special friends: Eddy Roache, Paul Burton, Tom Wheaton, Lloyd Sutton, and Vermont Peddle; special cousin: Burt Clarke (Elaine); siblings: Lloyd Clarke (Alma), Blanche Tucker (Jim), Shirley Park (Gerry), Hazel Flynn, and Rachael Boyle (Brad); brothers and sisters-in-law: Clarice, Shirley (Jim), Ruby, Wavy (Peter), Travis (Jocelyn), Rollie (Darlene), Ern (Bev), Pansy, and Ivy; as well as a large circle of special nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Jack is predeceased by his parents: Victoria and John Clarke; siblings: Harry Clarke, Marie Earle, Gord Clarke, Harold Clarke (Sylvia), and Joyce Borden (Reg); brother-in-law: Roy, Barry, Chris (Lete), and Robert Flynn.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 6 ^th , 2022 at Country Haven Funeral Home from the hours of 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM from where the funeral service will take place on Wednesday, December 7 ^th , 2022 at 2 PM in the Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Cynthia Haines Turner officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, no flowers by request, instead a donation can be made in Jack's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society ( https://cancer.ca/en/ ).

The family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to Western Memorial Regional Hospital's nursing staff for all the care they provided during Jacks stay. As well as everyone who helped during Jacks illness during these difficult days.
