It is with heavy hearts and immense sadness that the family of the late Jeffery George Curnew announce his passing on March 29, 2021, in Mississauga, Ontario at the age of 47 after a silent battle with Cancer.  Leaving to mourn with loving memories wife Ena (nee Jaisingh), parents Joseph and Marina Curnew, brothers Joey (Amy), Chris (Crystal), Jamie (Kristi), nephews and nieces Zachary (Kendal), Kylie, Cameron, Gabrielle, Matthew, great-niece Ellie Mae, brother-in-law Basdeo (Rosanna), sisters-in-law Rita, Nina and Etlyn. In addition, many other aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces in Corner Brook, Shoe Cove, Ontario, New York, and Guyana.

Jeffery was pre-deceased by grandparents Albert and Rebecca Curnew, Maxwell and Ida Newbury, father and mother in law  Harry and Shiubasi Jaisingh, brother in law Shodan (Greens) Jaisingh, uncles Larry White, Maxwell Gray, Woodrow Newbury, Aunt Lylie Gray.

Anyone who knew Jeff knew he had a passion for fishing and a huge heart especially when it came to children. Jeff lived for the day and worried about tomorrow when tomorrow came. He is now finally at peace and is no longer in pain.

Cremation has already taken place.  Due to covid restrictions, there will be no formal service at this time.  A celebration of Jeffery's life will take place at a later date when all family and friends can be together.
