It is with great sadness that the family of the late Jean Head announce her passing on Sunday, December 29, 2024 at the Bay St. George LTC, at the age of 81 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, her daughter: Karla Anderson (Mike); precious granddaughter: Stephanie Anderson (Brandon); great-grandson: Strider; great-granddaughter: Morrigan; and brothers and sisters: Lorraine Brake (Cyril), Avril Harris, John Davis (Estelle), and Melvin Davis (June); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Jean is predeceased by her loving husband: Eric Head (Sept. 2024); her parents: John and Margaret Davis; and her sister: Irene.

There will be a visitation taking place at Country Haven Funeral Home on Thursday, January 2nd, 2025 from the hours of 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM, from where the funeral service will take place at 2 PM on Friday, January 3rd, 2025 at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Meadows, NL, with Rev. Mickton officiating. Interment to follow at the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted, or a donation can be made in Jean's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
