It is with great sadness that the family of the late James Wallace Locke announce his passing at the Palliative Care Unit in Corner Brook, NL on May 20, 2021, in his 84th year.   He is now in the loving arms of his wife Florence Locke who passed away on May 7, 2021.

He is survived by his daughters: Cindy and Lana (Joe) and son David.  His grandchildren Chantal (Colan) and Randal (Brynda) and great-grandchildren Ana-Rey, Marcus, Ben and Cohen.  Brothers Don (Bride),  Gene (Ruby), Gary (Cynthia), Bill (Marci).  He was predeceased by his mother Sophie May Locke, father Wallace Locke and sister Beverley.

He loved his family immensely and was looking forward to the day we could all be together again.  Sadly, due to covid restrictions, we will have to cherish the times we did have together. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to all the family members who spent time with him at Mountainview and during his short time at the hospital and palliative care unit. Special thanks to his son David who was always by his side and took great care of his mom and dad as they got on in years.  At James' request, cremation has taken place.  A service with interment will take place at a later date.  The family guestbook for signing condolences is available by visiting www.country-haven.ca
