Jim Carroll passed away peacefully, surrounded by family at the Long-Term Care, Corner Brook, NL, January 11, 2021. He was predeceased by his parents John and Ellen; 4 sisters and 3 brothers.  Left with fond and loving memories are his wife, Philomena; Children, Colette, Colin (Sherri), Kerry (Thatan); Grandchildren, Hannah, Zachary, Elliette, Maria; 2 brothers, Val (Joyce), Bill (Marg); 3 sisters, Della (Walt✞), Shirley (Toni✞) and Lorette (Wilf✞), as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Family members will join in the mass of Christian burial, celebrated by Father George, at Sacred Heart Parish, Conche, NL, on Thursday, January 14, 2021, with interment to follow. In Jim's memory, donations may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society, Corner Brook, NL. Sincere thanks and appreciation to the staff at Western Memorial Hospital and Long-Term Care for their exceptional care and compassion given to Jim in the past months.
