It is with great sadness the family of the late Jacqueline Pearl McKay announce her passing at the Corner Brook Long Term Care facility at the age of 69 years.  She leaves to mourn her children; Lee, Mike (Suellen), and Shelly (Darrell). Her grandchild; Alice. Her sisters; Joy McKay, and Marie Jones. As well as a long list of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Jacqueline is predeceased by her parents; Isabella and Lloyd McKay. Her siblings; Carl McKay and Valerie Hutchings and her niece; Janet.

The family is grateful for the staff, past and present and Donna Luther of the Xavier House for their exceptional care during her time spent there and their support after. Also, thankful for the nurses and doctors at the Old Western Memorial Regional Hospital 3rd and 4th floor. A huge thank-you and much appreciation to the staff at the Corner Brook Long Term Care 4 North unit during her stay there. Especially Chris Penney, Tiffany Green and Theresa McCarthy.

At her request, cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or formal funeral service at this time.
