It is with great sadness that the family of the late Jacqueline "Jackie" Curtis announce her peaceful passing on December 31 ^st , 2022 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in her 77 ^th year. Left to cherish all of the fond and loving memories are her husband: Richard Curtis; children: Kim O'Keefe (Joe), and Glen Curtis (Deanna); grandchildren: Jon O'Keefe (Chrissie), Josh, Jessica, and Jacob Curtis, Ryan O'Keefe (Nathalie), and Andrew O'Keefe; great-grandchildren: Lainey Curtis, J.J. O'Keefe, and Ariella O'Keefe; sister: Shirley Chaulk (Eugene); sisters-in-law: Rosalind, Sandra, Faye (Wayne), and Gail (Brian); as well as a large circle of many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Jackie is predeceased by her parents: John and Matilda Collins; siblings: Fred Harris, Wallace Collins, Patsy Collins, Nelson Collins, and Reginald Collins; parents-in-law: Jack and Stella Curtis; and brothers-in-law: Wayne Curtis, and Robert Williams.

Cremation has taken place. A service of remembrance will take place at Country Haven Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 3 ^rd , 2023 at 2 PM with Rev. Mickton officiating. Interment to take place at a later date.

As expressions of sympathy, no flowers by request, instead a donation can be made in Jackie's memory to Western Memorial Regional Hospital or the local SPCA.
