It is with great sadness that the family of the late Inez Carter (nee. Payne) announce her passing on Thursday, October 17th, 2024 at the Corner Brook Long Term Care Center at the age of 93 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, her children: Marion, Hazel (Norm), and Allan; grandchildren: Heather, Lesley, Scott, Christopher, and Matthew; great-grandchildren: Chelsey, Connor, Madison, Allison, Cohen, Teagan, Ryder, and Sage; and her dear brother: Hughie (Rose); as well as her nieces, nephews and extended relatives. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to Long-Term Care staff as well as family and friends who visited Mom and kept her smiling these last few years.

Inez is predeceased by her husband: Pierce Carter (2006); and parents: Newman and Winnifred Payne.

Cremation has taken place. A private service has been held as per her request.
