It is with great sadness that the family of the late Harvey Brake announce his passing on Friday, June 14th, 2024 at the Corner Brook Palliative Care Unit at the age of 73 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his two sisters: Olive Brake, and Janet Brake; his nieces: Rina Decker (Cory) and their children: Eva and Noah, and Krista Sandors (Jeremy) and their children: Rebecca, Erica, and Landon; as well as his nephew: Ricky King; and a large circle of other relatives, and many friends.

Harvey is predeceased by his parents: Howard and Gertrude Brake; and his two brothers; Richard Brake, and Robert Brake.

As per Harvey's wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no formal visitation or funeral service at this time. There will be an interment taking place at Mount Patricia Cemetery on Wednesday, June 19th, 2024 at 11 AM with Rev. Tanya White officiating. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Harvey's memory to a charity of one's choice.
