It is with great sadness that the family of the late Hannah Jane Johnson, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister, and friend, announce her passing on Saturday, March 26th, 2022 at the Bay St. George Seniors Citizens Home in Stephenville Crossing, NL, at the age of 93 years. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are her children: Shirley (George) Crocker, Winston (Joyce) Johnson, Cynthia (Maurice) Downey, John (Jackie) Johnson, Brenda (Harvey) Johnson, Mae Johnson, Shawn (Diane) Johnson; Sister: Catherine (Betty Miller) Grandchildren: Glenn, Jenelle (Tyler), Darrell (Gayle), Duane (Erica), Tanya, Claudia (Rhyder), Jennifer (Eliza), Angie, Kristy (Carlos), Ryan (Lindsay), Erik (Judy), Meagan (Stephen), Kimberly, Mark (Vanessa), Amy (Sheldon), Kayla (Grey), and Christopher (Christina); Great-grandchildren: Layla, Mila, Clayton, Crawford, Odyn, Wren, Ashley, Tyler, Erin, Rylee, Courtney, Cameron, Carter, Calvin, Tayler, Toni, Ariana, Benson, Cameron, Isla, Kelsey, Olivia, Drake, Hayden, and Avery; and Great-great-grandchild: Cameron. Hannah is predeceased by her husband, Carl Johnson; parents: Sarah and James Vokey; son: Clyde Johnson; siblings: Marjorie Sceviour, Victor Vokey, and Daphne Ivany; Grandchildren: Dana Taryn (Mother Brenda), Joan (Father Winston); Great-grandchild: Carter (Mother Amy). Visitation will take place at St. David of Wales Anglican Church, 11 Dawe Place, Pasadena, NL on Tuesday, March 29 th , 2022 from the hours of 2PM – 4PM and 7PM- 9PM, from where the funeral service will take place on Wednesday, March 30 th , 2022 at 3PM with Rev. Amy Richter and Rev. Joseph Pagano officiating. Interment to follow at the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations may be made to the Shriners.
