It is with great sadness that the family of the late Freeman Charles Rose announce his passing on July 18th, 2023 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in his 72nd year. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his spouse: Wendy Moffat; daughter: Tana Rose (Desmond); son: Kevin Rose; grandchildren: Tiffany, Tatayana, Kira, and Meadow; great-grandchildren: Sierra, Molly Grace, and Elliana; his siblings: Beulah, Irene (Wes), Molly (Roy), Linda (Courtney), Josie, Velma (Roy), Wanda (Mark), Paulette (Mike), and Sherry (Silas); his in-laws: Jim and Diane; as well as a large circle of other relatives, and many friends.

Charles is predeceased by his parents: Molly and William Rose; son: Michael; and brothers: Lloyd, Melvin, and Paul.

At Charles' request, cremation has taken place. There will be no formal visitation or funeral service at this time. Interment to take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, no flowers by request, instead a donation can be made in Charles' memory to a charity of one's choice.
