It is with great sadness that the family of the late Frederick Allister Carberry announce his passing at Mountain View Retirement Center on Wednesday, December 15 ^th, 2021, at the age of 91 years. Frederick leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his children; Fred (Nancy) Carberry, Masie (Ron) Targett, David (Elaine) Carberry and Andrea Bennett as well as several Grandchildren and Great Grand-children, brothers, sisters, in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends. Frederick was predeceased by his wife Rowena. Son Perry. Son-in-law Melvin Bennett. Granddaughter Robin. Parents Pearl and Martin Carberry, several brothers, sisters and in-laws. Special thanks to the staff and administration at Mountain View Retirement Center who had a special place in dad's heart. Visitation will take place at Country Haven Funeral Home, Corner Brook, NL, 167 Country Rd, on Friday, December 17th, 2021 from the hours of 7-9 pm with the Funeral to take place at Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, December 18 ^th , 2021 at 11:00 am with Rev. Dean Catherine Short officiating with interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. There are no flowers by request, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cancer Society.
