It is with great sadness the family of the late Florence Knott announce her passing on July 8th, 2024 at the Western Long-Term-Palliative Care Unit at the age of 87 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, her children: Madonna Stevens (Rick), Leaburn Knott (Sherry), and Dianne Knott-Coleman; grandchildren: Nathan Stevens (Amanda), Christopher Knott, Matthew Stevens, and Ethan Knott; brothers: Lloyd Adey (Hollis), and Eugene Adey (Pearl); brother-in-law: Arthur Wiseman (Doris); as well as a large circle of other relatives, and many friends.

Florence is predeceased by her parents: Leaburn and Emily Adey; husband: George Knott; daughter: Suzette Knott; sisters: Lucy Wiseman (Herb), Violet Wiseman, and Doreen Adey; brother: Ernest Adey; and sisters-in-law: Lily Adey, and Jessie Adey.

The family would like to thank Dr. Wadhwa, Dr. Lafferty, Dr. Smallwood, and the staff of the Western Long Term-Palliative Care Unit for their care and compassion shown to our mother during her time of need.

There will be a visitation taking place on Friday, July 12th, 2024 at Country Haven Funeral Home at 10 AM, from where the funeral service will take place at 11 AM in the Country Haven Chapel with Major Brian Wheeler officiating. An interment for Florence and George (2013) will take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Florence's memory to the Salvation Army Temple Memorial Fund, or a charity of one's choice.
