It is with great sadness that the family of the late Eric Head announce his passing on Wednesday, September 25th, 2024 at his private residence in Meadows, NL at the age of 82 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his wife of 56 years: Jean (nee. Davis); his daughter: Karla Anderson (Mike); precious granddaughter: Stephanie Anderson (Brandon); great-grandson: Strider; new baby great-granddaughter: Morrigan; sister: Marion Combdon (Herb); nieces: Lori, and Lisa; as well as a large circle of other relatives, and many friends.

Eric is predeceased by his parents: Graham and Bessie Head; and his step-father: Ronald.

There will be a visitation taking place at Country Haven Funeral Home on Saturday, September 28th, 2024 from the hours of 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM, from where the funeral service will take place at 2 PM on Sunday, September 29th, 2024 at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Meadows, NL with Rev. George Critchell officiating. Interment to follow at the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Eric's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer's Association.
