It is with great sadness that the family of the late Dennis Lee Payne announce his passing at his home in Corner Brook, on Saturday, October 2 ^nd , at the age of 68 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his daughters; Michelle (Mike), Cassandra (Patricia)and Melissa. Granddaughters; Danielle (Nick), Anna, Laura. Great-grandson; Tegan. Brothers; Keith (Wendy), Gerald (Brenda), Bernie (Susan) and Clarson and sister Selma. Also leaving to mourn are his 5 stepchildren, 7 step-grandchildren, 8 step-great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends. Dennis was predeceased by his life partner Lena Wells (May 18, 2014). Parents Gerald (October 18, 2019) and Bertha Payne (March 20, 2021). Children Dennis (August 31, 2000) and Ashley (May 18, 2000); and sister Janice (January 10th, 2012). Visitation will take place at Country Haven Funeral home on Tuesday, October 5 ^th, 2021 from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 PM. There will be no formal funeral service at this time.
