It is with great sadness that the family of the late Debbie Gallant announce her peaceful passing at the age of 60 years, on August 11 ^th , 2021, at the Health Sciences Center with her two brothers Paul and Shawn by her side. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, her son Ross (Kelly) and Granddaughter Avery. Her father Ronald Gallant, Sister Phyllis (Tony) and her brothers Paul (Carol) and Shawn. Special Nephew Matthew Gallant, who Debbie loved spending time with and going out for a coffee, Chinese food or a trip to Walmart. Niece, Kimberly (Scott Wayson); Great Nephew and niece Logan and Sophie Wayson; Her aunt Bessie Reid; Her fur buddies, Jake and Chance. Also, many other family members and friends. Debbie was predeceased by her mom, Dorothy Joyce Gallant (November 6, 2016). The family would like to extend thanks to the staff on 2 North, Corner Brook, Long term care home for their care; doctors and nurses on 4 North A, Health science center, St. John's, NL.

Friends and family may visit Country Haven Funeral Home on Monday, August 16th, 2021 at 1:00 PM, from where a funeral service will take place at 2:00 PM, with Father Lee Lainey officiating; Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, there will be no flowers by request. Memorial donations may be made to the local SPCA.
