It is with great sadness the family of the late David Street announce his passing on May 9 2025 at the Palliative Care Unit of the Western Longterm Care, Corner Brook, NL. at the age of 75 years. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his spouse of 53 years Elizabeth (Betty). His children; Nicole (Jean) and Angela (Sean). His grandchildren; Caitlin, Paige and Sarah. His brothers and sisters; Shawn, Sharon, Lucille, Norman, Margaret, Annie, Gerine, Bruce. He also leaves to mourn many brothers and sisters in law, nieces and nephews, other family members and many friends. He is predeceased by his mother and grandparents; Frances, Mabel and Herbert brothers Eldon, Roy and sisters Norma and Jean.

The family would like to send special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of the Western Longterm Care, Palliative Care Unit for the outstanding care Dave received during his time there.

At his request, cremation has taken place. There will be a visitation for family and friends to honour Dave on Tuesday May 13th 2025 from the hours of 7-9PM at Country Haven Funeral Home. No flowers by request, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Dave's memory to the Bay of Islands Volunteer Search & Rescue.
