It is with great sadness that the family of the late Daria Danielle Durnford announce her peaceful passing at her home on September 15 ^th , 2022 at the young age of 24 years. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are her mother and father, Trina Meade and Bernie Durnford; grandparents: Gordon and Audrey Meade, and John and Rita Durnford; her uncles: Paul Meade (Patricia Parsons), Fabian Durnford (Charlene), and Barry Durnford (Tina); her aunt, Paula Benoite (Don); cousins: Adam, Eric, Morgan, and Adrian; godfather, Frank Meade; and her respite workers; as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.

There will be a visitation held on Sunday, September 18 ^th , 2022 at 11 AM in the Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel from where a celebration of life will take place at 2 PM with Rev. Cynthia Haines Turner officiating. As per Daria's request, cremation will take place. Daria will then be laid to rest in Burgeo, NL.

The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the Janeway Children's Hospital and Western Memorial Regional Hospital for the years of care provided to our dear Daria. Your kindness and compassion will never be forgotten.
