It is with heavy hearts that the family of Clyde Rendell Harris announce his passing on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at the Palliative Care Unit, Western Memorial Regional Hospital, after a short battle with cancer at the age of 74 years. Leaving to mourn  his wife Avril,  of 52 years, daughter Connie; sister Berta (Baxter) Mugford of St. John's; sisters and brothers in law Williams Parsons, Edgar King, Helen Harris, Jean (Eric) Head, John (Estelle) Davis, Lorraine Brake (Cyril), Melvin (June) Davis as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  He was predeceased by his mother and father, Elsie and Walter Harris, sisters Eudora and Katie, Brother Elyard; mother and father in law John and Margaret Davis, sister in law Irene Anderson.  The family will be receiving friends at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Meadows on Monday, July 31 from  2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday, from 10-12 a.m. from where the funeral will take place on Tuesday, August 1 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Malcolm Palmer officiating.  Interment to follow at Holy Trinity Anglican Cemetery in Meadows.  The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at the Palliative Care Unit.
