It is with great sadness that the family of the late Cecil Michael Young announce his passing on October 24 ^th , 2022 in Corner Brook, NL at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in his 84 ^th year. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his companion, also known as the misses, Debbie Cashin; his son, Johnathan of Alberta; his fur baby, Teddy; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends. Cecil is predeceased by his parents, and his siblings.

As per Cecil's request cremation has taken place. There will be a visitation held at Country Haven Funeral Home on Thursday, October 27 ^th , 2022 at 1:00 PM, from where the funeral service will take place at 2:00 PM. Interment to take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Cecil's memory to a charity of one's choice.
