It is with great sadness that the family of the late Catherine Meaney announce her sudden passing at her home on Monday, October 7th, 2024 at the age of 72 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, her brother and sisters: Jerome Meaney (Helen), Joan Gilley, and Anne Marie LeDrew (Basil); sister-in-law: Ellen Meaney; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends and co-workers.

Catherine is predeceased by her parents: Thomas and Mary Meaney; and her brother: Robert Meaney.

Cremation has taken place. There will be a visitation taking place on Friday, October 11th, 2024 at Country Haven Funeral Home from the hours of 7-9 PM, from where the funeral service will take place at 10 AM on Saturday, October 12th, 2024 at All Hollows Roman Catholic Church with Father Edward Terry officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Catherine's memory to a charity of one's choice.
