It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bryan Albert on Wednesday August 18 th , 2021 at the age of 55, surrounded by his family at home. Bryan fought a very difficult battle with cancer and now his fight is over. He is survived by the love of his life Rhonda (Prosper) his son Bradley (Nicole & Chase) his Daughter Tarah and his fur buddy Duke. He also leaves his Mother Betty Albert, in-laws Mae & Hayward Prosper, special sisters Elizabeth and Karen and brother Hayward (Cindy). Bryan had nieces and nephews and so many extended family members.
Bryan and Rhonda recently celebrated their 25 th Anniversary, the love that they shared was incredible. They moved to Corner Brook in 2009 from Oshawa, Ontario. Bryan was a true Newfie, he loved to be out on quad, hunting, fishing with his good friends Robert and Edna Childs and spent many nights around the fire pit with neighbours Troy, Jade and Brian.
He worked as a Snow Plow operator for Gardner Equipment Rentals for the last 8 years and formed a great relationship with his Boss D'Angelo Gardner, along with his co-workers Joe, Pat, John ,Bill, and several others. He was very much respected by all who had known him. He was kind, generous and always lent a helping hand.
Bryan is predeceased by his brother Allen (1980), Father Bill (2015), infant daughter Della (1994) and several other family and friends.
As per his wishes, cremation will take place with no formal Service and entrusted to County Haven. In his honour please donate to his family to assist with the final expenses. EMT may be sent to rhonda.albert@outlook.com or to the Charity of your choice.
A special thank you to Dr. French at WMRH and to the incredible team of Hematologists, nurses at 4A and the nursing staff of 4NA at the HSC in St.John's for all of their support during this 6-month ordeal.
