Bruce Joseph Walsh

It is with profound sadness that the family of the late Bruce Joseph Walsh announce his sudden passing on Monday, October 5th, 2026 at the age of only 61 years, after a brief, courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his dear mother: Cora (nee. Elliott); brothers: Mike (Patricia), and Bob; sisters: Carolyn (Keith), Corina (Marty), and Treena; nephew: Kyle; and niece: Tylore-Marie; as well as a large circle of extended relatives, and many wonderful friends.

Bob was predeceased by his father: Gerald “Butch”; and his eldest brother: Don.

Bruce made a memorable impact on everyone he met, whether it be his bizarre sense of humour, quirky antics, or immeasurable thoughtfulness. He always left a person smiling or shaking their head, and rolling their eyes. He will be dearly missed!

The Walsh family would like to express our most sincere gratitude to Dallas and Crystal, Bruce’s long-time friends, for their dedication, care, and unwavering support of Bruce and his beloved pup Bozley.

A celebration of Bruce’s life will be announced at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, live your life to the fullest – step outside of your comfort zone. Turn up the music, sing too loud, and remind someone how much you love them.
